If theres is anything that makes me angry in the food world is these recipes, using names od normal food to make it more… WHAT? To do what exactly, apart from fooling you it would taste anything like real cheese? Just call this thing A cashew-pecan ball, an amazing nut ball, a sweet, creamy and delicious nut ball. But WHY call it cheese if it has nothing dairy in it? 

Aside from losing appetite when I read “vegan”, but still, I hate HATE faking one thing to appeal the wrong group. I love nuts and, well, everything in this recipe. But If I read “vegan cheese ball” I immediately think:
